Dreams That Things Are Made Of was written in the early ’80s as part of The Rock and Roll Wedding project. In fact, the full title of the project was Dreams That Things Are Made Of: The Rock And Roll Wedding. The song title is a play on words based upon the well-known phrase “the stuff that dreams are made of”, but hinting that reality is the result of “dreams”, creative action.
